How do I cancel or amend a booking?
Open the booking in the app, tap the options menu, and choose amend or cancel. Cancellation rules and any applicable fees are shown before you confirm.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
How does the walk-in queue work?
Join the queue through the app. You'll see your live position, people ahead, and estimated wait time. You'll get notified when your barber is ready.
How do I set up my shop on Baber?
Download the Baber Shop app, create your shop profile, add your services and pricing, set your working hours, and invite your barbers. Your shop will be visible to nearby customers.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account > Settings in the app and tap Delete Account. You can also email privacy@baber.app. Your data will be removed within 30 days.
What payment methods are accepted?
Baber accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
